It beats the previous record of $768m, or $1,302psf ppr, for the site at Jalan Tembusu, which was awarded in January 2022.

SingHaiyi Group, will be developing the site into Dunman Grand, a 99-year-leasehold private condominium project. Located at Singapore’s central region, is almost 3minutes walk to Dakota MRT Station, making it extremely convenient if you are looking to commute by public transportation to go to town, for example Suntec City or Marina Square (4 MRT Stops), Marina Bay Sands or Garden’s by the Bay (5 MRT Stops), Marina Bay Financial Centre (6 MRT Stops).
